Armenian soldier asks Azerbaijani President for help
Armenian soldier appealed Ilham Aliyev, the President of Azerbaijan for help, AzVision.az reports.

Vahan Emilyevich Martirosyan, head of the Armenian Intra-national Liberation Movement who left Azerbaijan a while ago sent the Armenian soldier`s letter to the virtualaz.org.

A veteran of the 1st Karabakh war sent an emotional open letter to Ilham Aliyev.

A resident of Arshaluys village of Etchmiadzin region of Armenia, Kadzhazuna Hayrapetyan expressed his problems and protest describing management methods of the current Armenian government in earnest.

`I admit that I fought against the Azerbaijani Armed Forces. However, I am unable to explain the reasons why I fought. I lost my foot during the war and hardly afford to pay my medications with the pension I get from the Armenian government. I ask Ilham Aliyev for financial aid to get prosthetic legs`, the letter says.

`I have not got a house from the government for 25 years. I have to live in a small house with seven members of my family. I cannot afford to pay utility fees. In this manner, we have not had electric and water for four years. My children were dismissed from university as we couldn’t pay the tuition fees. My veteran friends also experienced these kinds of problems. Most of them die on the streets because of hunger. Karabakh veterans live as street people`, the veteran highlighted,

`We would hand over Robert Kocharyan, Serzh Sargsyan as well as Levon Ter-Petrosyan the first president of Armenia to Azerbaijan if you reached out to us. Most probably, Azerbaijani are waiting for handing over of them`, the veteran stated asking Ilham ALiyev to help veterans.

`Azerbaijan combats against criminal government and is on alert to help`, he added.
