`I am not going to attend the tournament which will be held in Baku. I am Armenian. Azerbaijan and Armenia are at war condition. In this regard, it is impossible to go to Azerbaijan`, he said.

Gegorg Manukyan, the athlete of Ukraine national team on boxing will not attend the tournament which will be held on 16-25 June in Baku, Manukyan told reporters, AzVision.az reports citing the Armenian Media.
