Several dozen people are taking part in this demonstration, the Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter informed from the scene.
The activists are also holding respective signs.
Filmmaker Tigran Khzmalyan, who is also among the protesters, told reporters that if this agreement is signed, Armenia will turn into a target.
“With the signing of the air defense agreement, we declare war not only to Azerbaijan, but to the whole world,” said Khzmalyan.
The NA will kick off a special session on Monday, during which the Armenia-Russia air defense agreement also will be debated on.
This document has brought forth a reaction among certain Armenian political and civic circles, who argue that with this agreement, Armenia is surrendering its airspace and security to Russia.
