Kyrgyz, Kazakh airlines in "black list" of EU
The European Commission updated the list of airlines that are banned to implement flights to EU countries Dec.11, the commission reported on its official website.
The so-called black list of unreliable airlines includes all the airlines of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, except Air Astana, said the report.

All airlines of Libya have been added to the list, according to the report. The recent events in Libya have led to a situation when the Civil Aviation Authority is no longer able to fulfill its international obligations to ensure the safety of the Libyan aviation sector, the European Commission said.

This list is updated every three months.

To date, the list includes a total of 310 airlines from 21 countries.
