Russian PM expresses condolences to Turkish counterpart
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has expressed condolences to Turkish counterpart Binali Yildirim over the June 28 terrorist attack at Istanbul’s Ataturk Airport, RIA Novosti agency reported June 29.
Medvedev asked his Turkish counterpart to convey his deep condolences to the bereaved families, the loved ones of those who died in the terrorist attack and wish the injured the swiftest possible recovery.

Istanbul’s Ataturk Airport came under a terrorist attack June 28.

Forty-one people were killed as a result of the terrorist attack, and currently, 239 injured are receiving treatment in Turkish hospitals.

The “Islamic State” (IS, ISIS, ISIL or Daesh) terrorist group stands behind the attack, according to preliminary reports.
