Ministry of Economy denies loan allocation of to Montenegro

Ministry of Economy denies loan allocation of to Montenegro

Allocation of loan by Azerbaijani government to Montenegro for construction of bridge over Verige Strait is not on the agenda, spokesperson for Ministry of Economy Abbas Aliyev told.

Ministry of Economy Shahin Mustafayev is the co-chairman of Azerbaijan-Montenegro Intergovernmental Joint Commission.

Citing to TradeGoria, it was reported that Azerbaijan is planning to allocate €175 million-loan to Montenegro for construction of bridge over Verige Strait.

The loan will be allocated to public enterprise of Monteput for 15 years.

Experts of both counties will discuss the issue.
