The minister cut the red ribbon symbolizing the official opening of the building.
The building will introduce the “single window” principle for providing expert opinions on the construction of residential and non-residential facilities having more than 3 floors and with height of more than 12 meters.
Local authorities will submit requests of individuals and legal entities regarding the construction of residential and non-residential facilities along with relevant documents for the examination.
MES State Agency for Control over Construction Safety, State Fire Protection Service, State Agency for Safe Working in Industry and Mountain-Mine Control, Geological Engineering Center of MES Azerdovletlayihe State Project Institute, Republican Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of the Azerbaijani Health Ministry, State Examination Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources will provide opinion on project documents under “Construction and Urban Planning Code”.
