Dollar, euro rates rise again during Putin
After President Vladimir Putin of Russia began the press conference, the rates of dollar and euro have started to rise again within the country.
Putin said he hopes ruble will regain its previous position and that the upward trend seen over the last two days will continue, AzVision.az reports citing rbc.ru.

But this statement didn’t receive a positive reaction from the financial market. In Moscow stock exchange, the value of dollar has reached over 63 ruble, increasing by 4 ruble, and that of euro exceeded 78,685 ruble, a 5-ruble increase. Fluctuation in the rate of ruble continues.
