Armed group refuses a mediator in negotiations with authorities in Yerevan

A member of the armed group that seized the building of the regiment of patrol-guard service in Yerevan, Armenia, said that the current mediator in the talks with the authorities of the representative of the so-called “NKR” Vitaly Balasanyan will no longer carry them for mediation, AzVision.az reports citing the Russian Media.
“We are negotiating with other persons to become mediators. Broker name will be announced after the talks,” said Varuzhan Avetisyan.
