Russia is sincerely aspiring for realization of an oil contract with Iran, but there is a set of problems, the Russian President Vladimir Putin said Dec. 18 at a press conference in Moscow, the RIA Novosti news agency said.
Regarding Iran’s nuclear program, the president noted that the Iranian leadership has shown flexibility in solving the nuclear issue.
