Special security zone created at Turkey’s border with Syria
A special security zone has been created in Turkey’s southern province of Hatay – at the country’s border with Syria, Hurriyet newspaper reported July 28.
The special security zone has been created for a period of 15 days. The reasons of its creation have not been reported.

Within the specified period, citizens won’t be permitted to this territory, said the report.

Turkish province of Hatay is periodically shelled by militants of the “Islamic State” terrorist organization (IS, aka ISIS, ISIL or Daesh).
