The Azerbaijani team left for Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on August 1 to represent Azerbaijan at the 31st Summer Olympic Games. The solemn “see off” ceremony was held for the Azerbaijani national team heading to the Rio Olympics.
56 sportsmen will represent Azerbaijan in Rio de Janeiro. More than half of them will take part in the Olympic Games for the first time.
