If emergency issues can’t be solved through normal political processes, new armed groups like "Sasna tsrer" may be created in Armenia, said leader of Heritage Party Raffi Hovannisyan, AzVision.az reports citing News.am.
He said each Armenian citizen can be member of "Sasna tsrer". “However they will be fighting against terrorists occupying our country. If we fail to change current situation, no one should surprise at casualties along the border,” he said.
