“Police lieutenant colonel said he would cut off the ears of whoever swore at his president,” said Vaginak Shushanyan during the protest, which took place last week in front of the Armenian government. “Let him come and stand here, I will curse both him and his president and we’ll see whether he can cut off my ears.”
