The U.S. Department of State has commented on the claims that the U.S was involved with the coup attempt that took place on July 15 in Turkey.
“We’ve dismissed it absolutely as absurd. We stand with the democratically elected government of Turkey, as well as the Turkish people”, said State Department spokesperson Elizabeth Trudeau.
