The Georgian coast guard detained Turkish seiner "Burak Bal?k C?l?k" for violation of the border regime
According to the Code of Administrative Offences, the captain was fined 500 lari ($ 1 = 1.91 lari), the Georgian Border Police said Dec. 22.
