Medvedev not ruling out break-off of diplomatic ties with Ukraine
The decision to sever diplomatic relations with Ukraine could be made by the Russian leadership if Moscow has no other tools left to "sober up" Kyiv, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said.
"As for the break-off ofour diplomatic relations, you know, history saw all kinds of things. I will recall that after the well-known events our diplomatic relations with Georgia were cut off," Interfax cited him as saying.

"I would not want that to happen, but if there is no other option left to impact on the situation, the Russian president could make such a decision," the prime minister said.
