Moscow is sincerely set to restore and develop bilateral relations with Turkey, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday, AzVision.az reports citing the Russian Media.
"We are sincerely seeking to restore full-format relations with our friendly country Turkey with which we have had unique relations of cooperation and coordination for many years," Putin said at the meeting with Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
