Armenian president discloses possible successor - newspaper
About a month ago, the incumbent and the second presidents of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharyan discussed Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan
Sargsyan told Kocharyan about Ohanyan’s possible candidate regardless of making the changes to the constitution, a statement says.

“Ohanyan may be an acceptable candidate,” Kocharyan said.

"If the Prosperous Armenia party and its leader Gagik Tsarukyan support Kocharyan, he will nominate his candidacy,” a statement says. “If the party decides to participate in the election with other candidate, including Tsarukyan, Kocharyan will support Ohanyan’s candidature.”
