BSE removes 6 companies from membership

BSE removes 6 companies from membership

Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) has passed a decisoin on removal of BROKDIL-AZ LLC, Chelsea Capital LLC, Bob Broker LLC, Xalg Capital LLC, Standard Capital LLC and Demir Investment Company LLC from January 1, 2017 due to not according to the Law on Securities Market and BSE Membership Rules.

At the same time, Yapi Kredi Invest LLC was removed on its own request.

Currently, the BSE has six members: Capital Management OJSC, Invest-AZ CJSC, Az-Finance CJSC, Unicapital OJSC, Pasha Capital CJSC adn PSG-Capital CJSC.
