Azerbaijani border guards prevent drug smuggling from Iran

Azerbaijani border guards prevent drug smuggling from Iran

As a result of the operations conducted by Azerbaijani border guards, smuggling of a large amount of drugs from Iran to the country was prevented, the State Border Service (SBS) told

The operations were conducted at the frontier post in the Bahramtapa settlement of Imishli region. Consequently, 7 kg and 800 grams of dried marijuana were withdrawn from circulation.

The investigation is underway on the fact.
