A large number of cartridges stolen from Armenia military warehouse
A large number of cartridges have been stolen from a military warehouse in Armenia, AzVision.az reports citing the Armenian Media.
According to the newspaper, the former head of the military warehouse, Armen Avetik Muradyan, is accused of robbery.

Muradyan, abusing his power, stole a large number of cartridges of various calibers from the military warehouse from December 2014 to March 2015. Then he took these bullets to Stepanavan city of Lori district and sold them there.

Muradyan has been sentenced to pretrial detention on charges under articles 235 (illegal procurement, transportation, keeping or carrying of weapons, explosives or explosive devices) and 238 (theft or extortion of weapons, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices) of the Criminal Code of Armenia.
