The Azerbaijani state oil company SOCAR and Malaysian Petronas company signed a memorandum of understanding on exploration, development and production of hydrocarbons on the block within the Goshadash potentially prospective structure in the Azerbaijani sector of Caspian Sea, SOCAR said in a message Sept. 16.
