SOCAR Turkey Energy company buys new office in Istanbul
SOCAR Turkey Energy company signed an agreement on Jan.6 on purchasing a new office in Vadistanbul residential and business center in Istanbul, Turkey, Azerbaijani State Oil Company (SOCAR) said.
SOCAR Turkey Energy company, which is one of the largest investors of Turkey, will move to its new office in 2016.

The company bought a block covering an area of 19,000 square meters in Vadistanbul Bulvar, which will cost $75 million.

CEO of "SOCAR Turkiye" Kenan Yavuz said at the opening ceremony that for a company which has an investment portfolio of $20 bln. and develops rapidly choosing of the building was conducted considering not only requirements of today but with taking into account the future as well.

"We took into account our future requirements and chose “Vadistanbul Bulvar," - he said.

Purchasement of the building will be provided by considering the credit given by "Odeabank" with the condition of non-payment first two years.

According to Yavuz, the credit is not only profitable, but it is also a an indicator of high trust to the projects held by SOCAR in Turkey.
