“Those who will submit application for the first time are obliged to present themselves personally,” said the embassy. “In this occasion, their biometrical data - a photograph and the fingerprints – will be collected.”
Italian embassy said that children under 12 years and people for whom it is physically impossible, are exempted from collecting fingerprints.
