Uzbek parties create factions in parliament of new convocation
Four political parties of Uzbekistan, representatives of which have been elected members of parliament, held constituent meetings of their factions in the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of the new convocation and elected leaders of the factions, said the messages released on the parties
Sodikjon Turdiev, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, was elected the head of the faction of the Movement of Entrepreneurs and Businessmen - Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, which won the majority with 52 seats.

Hatamjon Ketmonov, Chairman of Central Council of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, was elected the leader of the faction of the party, which received 27 seats in the lower house of the parliament.

Nariman Umarov, Chairman of the Social Democratic Party of Uzbekistan “Adolat”, was elected the head of the faction of the party, which is composed of 20 members.

Sarvar Otamuratov, Chairperson of Executive Committee of the Central Council of the Democratic Party “Milliy Tiklanish”, was elected the leader of the party, which received 36 seats on the results of the election.
