Man who opened fire at police officers in Paris detained
A man who opened fire at police officers in the south of Paris, France has been detained, RIA Novosti reported citing RTL radio.
Shooting erupted in the street in Paris on the morning of Jan. 8. The man opened fire at police officers by using an automatic weapon, injuring one police officer.

RTL radio said that French police don’t relate this incident to the attack to the office of satirical weekly magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris on Jan.7.
