According to him, of this, $300 million was directed to development of Bank VTB Azerbaijan, $400 million to transport and infrastructure projects.
51% share in Bank VTB Azerbaijan belongs to Bank VTB OJSC, 48.99% to AtaHolding and 0.01% to an individual.

VTB Group has invested $700 million in Azerbaijan’s economy since 2009, Eldar Tlyabichev, acting head of the Trade Representation of Russia in Azerbaijan said.
