The US, the Great Britain, France, and Ukraine blocked the draft statement proposed by Russia to the UN Security Council, which underpinned eight-hour ceasefire in Aleppo and delimitation of the Syrian opposition and the terrorists in Syria, told Russia`s permanent representative to the UN, Vitaly Churkin, reports the TASS.
"Some of our friends again showed their true face. Three permanent members, whom Ukraine has surely joined. They do not know what they really want. It is impossible to please them, "the diplomat said.
