Investors get Azerbaijani ministry’s bonds for 27M manats
An auction on the placement of short-term bonds with total amount of 27 million manats (1.6291 AZN/USD on Oct. 26) of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Finance was held at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), said the BSE.
The bonds’ maturity is 182 and 364 days, according to the BSE.

Applications worth 23.34 million manats for short-term bonds with maturity of 182 days were submitted by six investors. Bonds worth 17 million manats were sold from this emission.

The applications were within the price range of 90 manats (with a yield of 22.4063 percent) and 93.07 manats (15.0154 percent).

Stop-out price on competitive bids was 90.9775 manats (with a yield of 19.9989 percent) and the weighted average price was 91.5657 manats (18.575 percent).

The deadline for the payment on bonds is Apr. 25, 2017.

Applications worth 17.74 million manats for short-term bonds with maturity of 364 days were submitted by four investors. Ten million manats were sold to them.

The applications were within the price range of 83.35 manats (with a yield of 20.086 percent) and 87.094 manats (14.9001 percent).

Stop-out price on competitive bids was 86.9876 manats (with a yield of 15.0413 percent) and the weighted average price was 86.9919 manats (15.0356 percent).

The deadline for the payment on bonds is Oct. 24, 2017.

PASHA Capital investment company is the underwriter of the issuance.
