`SOCAR Turkey Energy may become shareholder of TANAP`
Negotiations to attract financial funds to TANAP are underway, SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev told Anadolu Agency.
“We are negotiating with World Bank, EBRD, ADB for investing in TANAP. No concrete agreement was reached yet. The matter is about $4 billion. As you know, the Southern Gas Corridor holds 58% stake in TANAP. Of this, 8% may be sold to SOCAR Turkey Energy. The negotiations are already underway. This deal may be reached soon”, Abdullayev said.
