According to him, RFE/RL sending its employee to occupied territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan without an official permission from the state is illegal, and it also means violation of the law on the state border of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
“Such a biased action by RFE/RL is just another example of its disrespect to the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Azerbaijan and inviolability of its internationally recognized borders. RFE/RL, which has always stood out with its indifferent and careless attitude toward Armenian aggression and invasion against Azerbaijan, problems of more than a million Azerbaijani refugees and IDPs as well as issues of our citizens taken hostage by Armenia, promotes the illegal regime created in occupied Azerbaijani territories and the results of the occupation and aggression, offending Azerbaijani refugees and IDPs,” he added.
If authenticated, that person will be included in the list of “undesirable persons”, Hikmet Hajiyev noted.
