CSTO foreign ministers sign joint statement on Karabakh conflict
The foreign ministers of the CSTO have signed a statement which reflects the approach to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the situation around the Iranian nuclear program, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Monday after a meeting in Bishkek.
"The foreign ministers signed a declaration on key international affairs, which reflects the approaches to the Syrian crisis, the state of affairs surrounding the Iranian nuclear program, the situation around Afghanistan, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and other pressing matters," said the minister.

According to him, the foreign ministers, defence ministers and secretaries of security councils considered the task of strengthening collective security mechanisms and the development of peacekeeping mechanisms under the collective rapid reaction forces.
