Putin abolishes Federal Agency for Special Construction
Russian President Vladimir Putin abolished the Federal Agency for Special Construction. The head of state signed a relevant decree, press service of the Kremlin said on Thursday, TASS reports.
Functions of the abolished agency will be transferred to the Russian Defense Ministry, the document says.

"It is established that the Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation is the legal successor to the Federal Agency for Special Construction to be abolished, including on liabilities arising in the course of performance of court decisions,"
