On January 26, the Yerevan residents will organize a protest march to demand the transfer of Russian serviceman Valery Permyakov, who killed 7 members of the Avetisyan family in Gyumri city on January 12, to local law enforcement agencies. AzVision.az reports quoting Armenia Today.
