H. Hajiyev said the journalist’s visit to Nagorno-Karabakh is illegal, and any visit to occupied Azerbaijani territories without an official permission from Baku is disrespect to international law and the country’s sovereignty.

Margot Buff, an employee of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL), has been added into the list of "undesired persons" because she had made an illegal visit to Azerbaijani territories occupied by Armenia, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Himket Hajiyev told.
