Armenia has turned terrorism and separatism into the basis of the government policy, Chairman of State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Citizens, Minister of National Security of Azerbaijan, Eldar Mahmudov said.
He made the remarks during the commission’s meeting on Jan.24.
