Azerbaijan produced 41 m tons of oil and 29.3 bn cm of gas last year

Azerbaijan produced 41,029,500 tons of crude oil (including gas condensate) and 29,331,3000,000 cubic meters of natural gas in 2016, according to the State Statistic Committee. The volume of marketable production of natural gas totaled to 18, 714,7000,000 cubic meters, the committee said.
Official figures suggest that saw oil production drop 1.4 per cent, while gas production fell 3.9 per cent of the last year.
