Armenian Defense Minister admits that helicopter downed in Nagorno-Karabakh deviated from course
Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan admitted that the military helicopter shot down in Nagorno-Karabakh on 12 November 2014 deviated from the course.

Ohanyan said they are carrying out line of duty investigation regarding the downed helicopter, AzVision.az reports quoting Armenia Today.

“Some people were reprimanded, some dismissed over this incident. The crew of the helicopter carrying out a training flight deviated from the course,” he added.

On November 12 at about 13:45 pm, the Mi-24 helicopter of the Armenian Armed Forces flying 1700 meters north-east of Kangarli village of Aghdam region attacked the Azerbaijani positions. The enemy helicopter was shot down with return fire. 3 crew members of the helicopter died.
