Lapshin’s fate should be decided in line with regular procedures - Russian MFA

The issue regarding blogger Alexander Lapshin’s fate should be resolved by Russia and Azerbaijan in line with regular procedures, said the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.

She made the remarks at a briefing on Feb. 9, according to the Foreign Ministry’s website.
