`We are not obliged to recognize the so-called `Armenian genocide`
"The Armenian Diaspora is not appeased, continuing to sow discord and falsification, they try to use the confrontation created by them against Turkey", Turkish President Recep Tayyib Erdogan said at a press conference.
"It is impossible to accept such thing. We are not obliged to recognize so-called “Armenian genocide” on someone`s orders. We declare once again: if you are really sincere in this matter, let us give it to the historians. Let the historians deal with the matter. We have presented more than a million documents. Let historians investigate, if we are guilty, we are ready to take the necessary step. However, Armenia does not want it, only says "Turkey`s guilty` as a statement", - president Erdogan said.

Noting that the Armenians spend huge sums on lobbying in the issue of "genocide", R.T. Erdogan stressed that Turkey does not intend to spend money on the response: "They bribing several different parliamentarians seek adoption of statements in parliament, significantly distant from the region and do not have any relations with Armenia. And then make loud statements that such and such a country recognized the "Armenian genocide". And despite the fact that they who made this statement does not even know where is located Armenia on the map, they have no information about Armenia."
