An appeal has been filed to European Court in connection with Azerbaijanis Shahbaz Guliyev, Dilgam Asgarov, who were taken hostage by Armenians in Kalbajar, and killed Hasan Hasanov, said Anar Baghirov, Cahirman of the Azerbaijan Law Reform Centre.
A. Baghirov said some photographs and other evidences indicating violation of their rights, torture and inhumane treatment toward them were also attached to the document.
According to A. Baghirov, in accordance with the rules of appealing to the European Court, the appeal stresses the necessity of an urgent review on the case
He said the appeal was received by the court on January 13.
