Putin and Security Council discuss worsening in south-eastern Ukraine
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, speakers of both houses of parliament, Valentina Matviyenko and Sergey Naryshkin, Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev and his deputy Rashid Nurgaliyev, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, federal security service FSB chief Alexander Bortnikov, foreign intelligence SVR director Mikhail Fradkov, and Security Council’s permanent member Boris Gryzlov were taking part in the meeting.
