The first floor of the building has 3 rooms. Wrestling, sambo and judo competitions will be held in the main hall during the European Games. Training and dining room will function with an area of 750 square meters for the preparation of athletes.
The draw procedure and doping control rooms are located on the first floor hall.
The major construction “A + A” Company said that complex will have food stations for spectators and visitors. On the second floor there will be lobby and food stations, on the upper floor a VIP and administrative rooms for more comprehensive management. In addition, the rooms for European Games officials and information technology cabinets will operate on the same floor.
There are rooms for security on the 4th floor and 2 large monitors. Video surveillance and commentators will be placed on the 5th floor.

The first European Games to take place in Heydar Aliyev Sports Arena which closed for repairs will be ready for commissioning by the end of February. As is reported, renovation of two building complexes that started in December 2014, have been completed.
