"Three patients with injuries of varying severity were hospitalized. they will receive full medical care," the Moscow health department said.
The collapsed structure measures 500 meters long and 20 meters wide. The preliminary cause of the collapse is a violation of the rules.
33 rescuers and 12 units of equipment are now working on the site. Dog handlers are also involved in search operations, the representative of the regional central board of the emergency service.
The traffic in the direction of the Moscow region has been blocked. Now traffic police officers are organizing transportation of specialized equipment to the site of rescue operations.
