“As we have already seen in light of the Syrian and Nagorno-Karabakh conflicts, the powerlessness of the international community and the reluctance of the US and Russia to resolve these conflicts have brought on far greater problems. A new idea is required of UN member countries and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council,” said the Saudi prince.
Turki al-Faisal noted that power should be shared by a number of centers.
