President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has issued an order on application of law on “Amendments to the law on privatization of state property of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
According to the order, the Cabinet of Ministers is to develop proposals on conforming the laws and acts of the president to the law on “Amendments to the law on privatization of state property” within three months and submit them to the president, provide conforming the normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers to that law within three months, as well as control conformation of normative legal acts of the central executive power bodies to that law and inform the president about it within five months.
The Ministry of Justice is to provide conforming normative legal acts and normative acts of the central executive power bodies with the law on “Amendments to the law on privatization of state property” and inform the Cabinet of Ministers.
