Armenia lost Russia
Armenia entered 2015 with unresolved and deepening problems, while 2014 was unprecedented in terms of unification of political forces who want regime change, said the MP from the Prosperous Armenia Party, the former Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian at a meeting with the participation of non-governmental political and social forces, News Armenia agency reported.
He said that earlier there were also the political forces, acting individually and demanding a change of power.

“But the last year brought together a number of political forces that have rallied around the demand of the people to change the government,” said Oskanian.

The MP stressed that the Armenian authorities let the process of the state government take its course, which can be judged on the basis of the situation of the last seven years. “The Armenian authorities do not try to change anything in the country, because they do not want to harm their interests,” he said. “The political arena of the country is monopolized, which also led to the distortion of the work of the media.”

Touching upon foreign policy, the former foreign minister said that the Karabakh issue has never been in such a stalemate as it is now.

“Programs with the neighboring Iran remain on paper,” said Oskanian. “We have lost the respect of Russia and trust of the West. The only way out is a change of government. People`s patience ran out.”
