French reporter was not added to blacklist - MFA spokesperson
Sending a letter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, an independent reporter from France, Roman Mielcarek asked accreditation and permission to visit the Armenian-occupied Azerbaijani territories to do his job, spokesperson of the ministry told to AzVision.az.
Hajiyev stated, Mielcarek respected to the territorial integrity, sovereignty and legislation of Azerbaijan within its internationally recognized borders. The reporter presented the relevant form for the accreditation of foreign media representatives. He also ensured that he would avoid visit to the occupied territories in future.

His names was not added to the blacklist taking account of R. Myelkarek `s appeal and respect to the Azerbaijani laws.

Note, R. Myelkarek traveled to Azerbaijan on March 3-7, 2017. He paid a visit to the frontline zone, met with the IDPs and refugees and got information about the Azerbaijan`s stance in terms of the conflict. Furthermore, he visited the Armenian occupied territories of Azerbaijan on March 19-20.
