Baku to host CE Venice Commission conference
The Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan and the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe will discuss the ways to strengthen the cooperation, the Venice Commission said.
Baku will host the conference on "Protection of constitutional rights and freedoms on the basis of individual complaints" on September 25, 2015. It is co-organized by the Venice Commission and the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan

The conference will be devoted to the 20th anniversary of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan.

The Venice Commission is an advisory body on constitutional law, established under the Council of Europe in 1990. The countries-non CE members can also participate in the work of the commission since 2002.
